WebDec 23, 2024 · The mod provides a description of each setting, and all it says about FPS Clamp is that it may reduce micro-stuttering when you set it to match your FPS. Unfortunately there weren't any other settings that had anything to do with FPS. I'm thinking Bethesda's crappy engine just doesn't have a way to cap FPS other than VSync.
