On to the susvara next. I also had the HE1000V2 (and the V1). No comparison, I far prefer the Stealth in everything except for perhaps soundstage. H.

Imagine if the V2’s sound like you’re in a big room, well the SE’s sound like you’re in a medium room. WebOddly, the headphones that I have grown to love are usually never the ones that instantly "click" with me, which include the Hifiman HE500, Susvara, Arya Stealth, and Focal Utopia. Ironically, the ones that I immediately went "oooh" and "ahhh" over, on first listens, are ones that I rarely ever touch nowadays, like the Audeze LCD-2 Classic, LCD-X, and all Stax.
