WebThe Highway Helper services can quickly address the needs of stranded motorists by providing; jump starts, tire changes, up to two gallons of fuel, and transportation to a safe location. In addition, each truck is equipped to provide traffic control and quick clearance for emergency responders. WebHighway Helper trucks carry tools for changing tires, an air compressor, small amounts of gasoline, as well as tie-downs for motorists who have items they need to tie down. Highway Helper is accessed by calling the local law enforcement agency at 9-1-1.
