Works great as a utility trailer for hulling a half yard of dirt, or pretty much anything else you need it for. I was even able to convert it to a boat trailer using bunk boards to hull my canoe.

Using the calculation of 40% of the weight behind the axle and 60% in front I think I can safely move it 4″ to the rear. I looked at just moving up to 13" and it was going to be too tight. I'm OK with the looks and durability of the stock 12" tires for my intended use which doesn't include offroad.
