WebMay 28, 2015 · First thing to do is check the fuse, then if that's ok with the key on but the engine not running, turn the wiper switch on then open the hood then go to the drivers side of the engine and listen to see if you can hear the relay clicking, if not, try swapping relays and see if that solves your problem.
