WebSCHIEx must be governed by the South Carolina Health Information Exchange Council established pursuant to this chapter and operated by the Office of Research and Statistics of the State Budget and Control Board. SCHIEx is the official statewide Health Information Exchange for this State. Section 44-140-40.
