Staying at the Hyatt Regency, and looking at either Trilogy or Gemini (unless you have other suggestions!) Trilogy offers 2 snorkel locations, and the trip is from 8:00am - 1:00pm. I believe Gemini is only one snorkel location, and the trip is from 11:00 - 3:00.
